Cooking times are very important, as low cooking will destroy the meat and high cooking will cause the meat more hard. There fore cooking times must be kept in mind before cooking any thing. Cooking time must be that much that it can absorb the juice of all the meat and make the meat tendered.

Meat Cooking Times

meat cooking time must be enough that keep the meat tender, soft and tasty, extra cooking destroy juice and make it hard where as less cooking time will not give you that taste and flavors. Meat has protein chains that require extra time to break down into smaller form. This requires high heat which will broke the protein chain and thus make the meat cook.
