1. Sauté Shallot And Add Garlic Until Shallot Is Transparent As It Becomes White Add Wine To Deglaze Pan And Allow To Cook For 15-30 Seconds.
2. Add 2 Tbs Mustard In This Sauté And Salt Then Heat It To Bring It To Boil.
3. After Removing From Heat Just Add Butter And Stir Gently.
How To Make Crab Cakes?
Ingredients
1. hot pepper sauce
2. ground dry mustard
3. egg
4. pepper
5. mayonnaise
6. fresh crab meat
7. bread crumbs
8. fresh parsley
9. salt
10. 1 pound crabmeat
11. 1 1/2 tablespoons bread crumbs
12. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
13. salt and pepper to taste
14. 1 egg
15. 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
16. 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
17. 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Direction
1. Preheat The Oven And Then Lightly Mix All The Dry Ingredients After Mixing Beat All The Wet Ingredients.
2. Now Unite All The Wet And Dry Ingredients And Make The Mixture Into 4 Cakes.
3. Place These Shaped Cakes On A Greased Sheet And Broil It For 10-15 Minutes Until It Colored To Golden Brown.
Crab Cake Mustard Sauce Recipe
1. 1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
2. 1 cup Bread crumbs, prepared
3. 1 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh and finely chopped
4. 2 Tbsp. Mustard Mayonnaise
5. 1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
6. 1/4 cup Pasteurized Whole Egg
7. 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
8. 1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
9. Clarified Butter as needed
Direction:
Rinse all the excess liquid from the crab meat and add bread crumbs. Then combine the entire ingredient in separate bowl. Now mix crab meat and shape it to small cakes. Place these cakes in oven to cook. When become golden brown then remove from heat. Garnish with mustard sauce or mustard mayonnaise. It is ready to serve.
