Italian Cheese

The Italian use the word Formaggio for cheese which mean curds which are set to drain and mature. Traditionally Italian cheese was originally formed by curding cow’s milk and making it drains and dry but in this new era Italian cheese includes long list of cheeses. Each region of Italy is specialized in forming different types of Italian cheeses. Northern Italians processes cow’s milk for cheese, Central Italians extracted cheese from sheep’s milk whereas southern Italians drained water buffaloes and goats milk to obtain cheese. These all cheeses are not different in color but also in savor this is mainly due to the reason that some of the cows, ewe’s and goats are lucky to have natural green grass but most of these are in the bracket of unluckiness as they have to depend on other raw products artificially produced.
