5. clutch the live lobster at the back from the claws and plunge it headfirst into the boiling salty water.
6. cover the pot once again

Steaming Lobster

2. u need a steaming rack which will hold your lobster in the bottom of the a large pot
3. need 2 inches of water holding salt in it
4. now cover the pot with a lid allowing the water to boil
5. fiercely bring water to boil and now place the lobster on to the rack and again cover the pot in order to bring it to boiling point
6. now steam the lobster at least for 15 minutes.

Grilling Lobster

2. Now Need To Pre Heat The Grill.
3. Now Took A Pointed Knife Cut The Lobster From The Middle Remove Vein, Tail Shell, And Eyes.
4. Seam The Lobster Meat With Melted Butter And Lemon Juice Which Is An Optional. Grill It From Both Side For At Least 10 Minutes.
