Boiled Lobster Tails

1. to boil your lobster, you need a big pot with a cover
2. pour water in the pot and add lobster, cover the lobster with water completely.
3. add sea salt in the water holding lobster
4. take the water to a ferocious boiling point.
5. cover the pot once again
6. boil this live lobster for at least 10 minutes.
7. once the lobster is cooked drain the water immediately and serve hot.

Broiled Lobster Tail

1. broiled lobster tails required extra time but this steaming is much better from boiling which gives a succulent and flavor lobster meat. broiled lobster didn’t loose its nutritional values.
2. you need a broiled rack which will hold your lobster in the bottom of the a large pot
3. need 2 inches of water holding salt in it
4. now cover the pot with a lid allowing the water to boil
5. fiercely bring water to boil and now place the lobster on to the rack and again cover the pot in order to bring it to boiling point
6. now broil the lobster at least for 15 minutes.
7. now your lobster is ready to serve.

Grilled Lobster Tail

1. Same Point Is Needed For Grilling As Did In Boiling.
2. Now Need To Pre Heat The Grill.
3. Now Took A Pointed Knife Cut The Lobster Tail From The Middle
4. Seam The Lobster Tail With Melted Butter And Lemon Juice Which Is An Optional. Grill It From Both Sides For At Least 10 Minutes.
5. Ready To Serve.

Fried Lobster Tail

1. Fried Lobster Tails Required Heating The Oil
2. Now Break The Shell In Half With Knife
3. Place The Tail On The Marinade Sauce And Brush Butter On It
4. Fry This Tail For Until Cook
5. Can Be Served With Different Sauces
