Low Carb Pasta Recipe I
Ingredients
1. 16 ounces Dream fields™ linguine (or spaghetti)
2. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3. 6 strips good quality bacon, diced
4. 4 large eggs, at room temperature
5. 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
6. 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
7. Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook the linguine according to the given directions.
Take the small skillet heat the olive oil and cook the bacon until they become crispy.
In a large metal bowl beat the eggs. Beat in the thyme and cheese.
When the pasta is done, drain and immediately add it to the egg mixture.
Add the bacon-olive oil and toss well until the sauce become thick.

Low Carbohydrate Pasta Recipe II
Ingredients:
1. 16 ounces Dream fields Penne Rig ate Pasta
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 pound turkey dark meat, chopped (or ground turkey)
6. 1/2 cup jarred sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
7. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
9. 1 teaspoon salt
10. 5 cups Swiss chard, chopped
11. 1/2 cup chicken broth
12. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Cook Dream fields Pasta according to the given directions.
In the meanwhile take a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Then add some onions, garlic and turkey meat and cook for 6 minutes. Add some sun-dried tomatoes, cayenne pepper, walnuts, salt, and Swiss chard and chicken broth. Stir it well to combine ingredients and cook for about 6 minutes, until the Swiss chard become flaccid and sauce begins to thick.
Then mix the turkey and Swiss chard mixture with the cooked pasta and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then serve.

Low Carb Pasta Recipe III
Ingredients:
1. 16 ounces Dream fields™ Rotini
2. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
3. 1/2 cup bottled non-fat Italian dressing
4. 1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut into thirds
5. 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
6. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
7. 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Dressing
1. 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2. 3/4 cup buttermilk
3. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4. 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Direction
Place chicken in the zip-lock bag; and then add Italian dressing. Place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Took the chicken and discard the saturate. In a medium size skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for 10 minutes on each side or until they become thoroughly cooked. Remove it from heat and cool it. Then cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
In the meanwhile, cook the pasta according to given directions. Then add some green beans to cooking with the pasta during the remaining 6 minutes to lighten; drain. Rinse pasta and beans in chill water and drain well. In a small bowl, merge dressing ingredients and stir well with a whisk or fork. Then in a large bowl, combine pasta with chicken and vegetables. Gently fold in dressing. Wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours.
