1. 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2. 3/4 c. sugar
3. 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. melted butter
4. 1 1/2 c. sour cream
5. 2 eggs
6. 2 tsp. vanilla
7. 1 lb. cream cheese, broken into sm. Pieces

Direction

1. Mix Together Cracker Crumbs, 1/4 Cup Sugar, And 1/4 Cup Melted Butter; Line The Bottom Of An 8 Or 9 Inch Ungreased Spring - Form Pan.
2. Mix Together The Sour Cream, 1/2 Cup Sugar, Eggs, And Vanilla In A Food Blender For 1 Minute.
3. Add Cream Cheese. Mix Together Until Smooth.
4. Pour 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter Through The Top Of The Machine. Pour Into Spring Form Pan.
5. Bake In Lower 1/3 Of Oven At 325 Degrees For 45 Minutes.
6. Keep Cold For At Least 4 Hours Before Serving (Preferably Overnight).

2. Mix Well Softened Cheese And 1/2 Pound Sugar Until Smooth. Add Sour Cream, Then Eggs, Then Flavorings Until Mixture Is Very Liquid And Thoroughly Mixed.
3. Preheat Oven To 350 Degree. Coat A 10 Inch Spring-Form Pan Well With Butter.
4. Line Base With Graham Cracker Crumb Mixture. Pour Batter Evenly Over Base Until Just Under Lid Of The Pan.
5. Leave Enough Room For The Mix To Rise Without Flowing Over.
