1. 1 cup corn syrup
2. 2 cups sugar
3. 1/2 cup water
4. 2 cups peanuts
5. 1 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
7. 3/4 tsp baking soda
8. 1 1/2 tbsp butter

1. Place corn syrup and water into the pan over medium-high heat.

4. Insert candy thermometer after a few minutes.
5. When the temperature approaches 250 degrees f, insert the peanuts and salt and stir.
6. Bring the mixture back to a full boil.
7. Temperature moves to 300 degree then unlit the fire and don’t use extra heat as it will make peanut brittle soft. You should be aware of the temperature as it will make the texture bad of your peanut brittle. Extra heat will soften the brittle rather making it hard on the other hand very low temperature is also not good.
8. Now sprinkle the baking soda on their top of the brittle this will make the peanut brittle fluffy during cooking but later after it will use in making the texture better.
9. Now it is ready and you need a clear surface on which you have to place the mixture
10. Place and spread the mixture and set aside
11. You can use the help of refrigerator but it doesn’t work better rather room temperature is better.
12. Use the gloves as it will helps in making the peanut brittle and make them oily and this will not attach to your fingers and gloves
13. Now starch the peanut brittle and make it thin, but keep this in mind that no holes should come between these brittles.
14. After you have stretch the peanut brittle then what is need is the right temperature. Extra and more cooling will make it too hard that it is not eatable where as less temperature will make it soft. Therefore put it in the room temperature but in dark as there is no sunlight or other light and the area must have air in it.
15. Now after this peanut brittle is formed break those into different pieces and save them in air tight jar.
16. These peanut brittles need right temperature for its saving as extra high temperature will soften the texture therefore it is widely used in winter seasons.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

Microwave peanut brittle recipe is not very useful, as it doesn’t not give the required flavor and texture rather it makes the texture of popcorn soft and spongy. It requires cooking on high watt for 15 minutes with continuous stirring of popcorn after 2-3 minutes.
